docs: edit this page button and page nav now on mobile devices and other fixes

  • Content nav top level link text is now truncated instead of displaying under + icon
  • "Edit this page on GitHub" and page outline is now visible on tablet and mobile devices
  • Previously, page nav links were nested. Now, it's only the top level (h2) headings.
  • Edit "Edit this page on GitHub" anchor is now styled like a button
  • Hamburger menu has pointer cursor on hover
