Revert "insights: return errors in compute stream"

Reverts sourcegraph/sourcegraph#34650. Currently compute endpoint returns no results and breaks in notebooks/codestat.dev

Fix incoming in https://github.com/sourcegraph/sourcegraph/pull/35227, but we should add integration tests in the process.

Test plan

It's a revert.
