fix: remove VSCE Integration Test from core operations

Our CI is currently blocked by the VSCE integration test (due to reason described here) which was meant to run nightly and on release branch only.

The test is not meant to be run in core operations, and this PR is to remove it from there while keeping it running nightly on main, and whenever the vsce/release branch is updated.
