rename refactors in the browser extension

  • refactor: rename codeViewElement -> element
  • refactor: rename resolveCodeViewSpec -> resolveViewSpec

These make a future change (adding full diff view support) have an easier-to-read diff. I don't know if I'll actually make progress toward that, but this change seems harmless and it might help a bit. Feel free to close if you feel strongly about not wanting this.
