https://github.com/sourcegraph/sourcegraph/pull/29795 was sitting around for quite a while without a merge - it used to just automerge, but with the new review requirement somebody needs to give it a thumbs-up.
For context, this just syncs a licenses csv that we/customers can reference with go.sum and yarn.lock to ensure we're using appropriately-licensed dependencies
