Fixup queue growth metrics

In the docs for customers, we named them sourcegraph-executors, not executor, so this will fix that metric at customer instances (and now our ones too since I migrated to that naming there)

Test plan

Ran the queries in the explore section of Grafana. Also this is only expanding scope so nothing bad should happen.
