search ui: consolidate and clean up storybook tests

- Remove redundant storybook tests and redundant viewport sizes
- Rename storybook tests with only one story to the name of the component
- Renames some storybook tests to match the file tree
- Consolidate storybook tests for small components into a single story
Affects primarily the following areas:
- Search homepage, including homepage panesl
- Search input, including search box and context menu
- Search progress indicator
- Code monitoring
This reduced total stories by about 60.
