Implements just-in-time capture groups into the resolvers for insight views. There is no way to create one through the API yet, but you can create a standard JIT insight and modify the database field to be a capture group insight to test it, if desired.

Note that the UI doesn't work with this out of the box right now, there are some issues outlined here
