Additionaly, this brings the Jaeger version in sourcegraph/sourcegraph in sync with the version used in sourcegraph/jaeger: https://github.com/sourcegraph/sourcegraph/blob/a9fb33f127504117911473053576453e2f76d15a/docker-images/jaeger-agent/build.sh#L7
