Avoids changing the JSON keys of Team in favour of using a restTeam adapter. Kept the omitEmpty to avoid having to change some testdata, and it shouldn't affect persistence.

This undoes an intended change in https://github.com/sourcegraph/sourcegraph/pull/23978 (https://github.com/sourcegraph/sourcegraph/pull/23978#discussion_r695848222) - I must've lost the commit somewhere in that PR.
