Add warnings about one version at a time

Updated the warning about going 1v at a time to the following:

⚠ Regardless of your deployment type: upgrade one version at a time, e.g. v3.26 --> v3.27 --> v3.28.
(Note that patches, e.g. vX.X.4 vs. vX.X.5 do not have to be adopted when moving between vX.X versions)

(Done based on feedback I saw about this still being unclear to too many customers.)
