Fix the create-source-zip script

This PR fixes the browser extension's create-source-zip script which is used to generate a source code archive for submission alongside with the build of the browser extension.

  • Fix an issue with where code-intel-extensions is downloaded
  • Exclude directories that are unnecessary to the build
