Faster changeset search

By normalizing the title column, we

  • don't need to replicate the logic inside changeset.Title() in the SQL queries (which alone feels like a big win)
  • and get a more decent performance when searching changesets, namely the SQL query time went down from 780ms to 160ms on my local DB
