Update loading button labels

In the hallway testing for Cloud, almost all users noticed and commented positively on the changing button labels while saving changes to selected repositories on the "Manage repos" view.

However, the actual labels weren't 100% "accurate," in that users can "Save" without having changes, and they may be removing all selections, which makes "That's a lot of code" a bit strange.

Updates the progression to:

  1. Save
  2. Saving...
  3. Still saving...
  4. Any time now...
