debt: Improve schema.md generation

  • Generate things in parallel so we don't take so much CI time on every commit
  • Add support for both table and column comments (silly example given)

Will wait on comments on the output before cleaning up the sample comments. Will give documentation for each field in the codeintel database as a first consumer.
