pubsub: Use explicit credentials file

Instead of relying on the global environment variable GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS, which is used by every Google Cloud library.

Once we roll this out and remove the explicit GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS from deploy-sourcegraph-dot-com, profiling should work.
