external_services: disallow users to use repositoryPathPattern

Allowing repositoryPathPattern is known to be able to cause problems so we should disallow it in user-added external services until further justification.

Uses a new package https://github.com/tidwall/gjson because its API and path syntax are very nature, and works with JSON with comments.

Easier to review by commit.
