When previewing a campaign update, UI shows "Preview completed" even though there was no progress

Steps:

  1. Create campaign with campaign plan
  2. Create new campaign plan
  3. Preview the update of the campaign with new campaign plan: http://localhost:3080/campaigns/update?plan=<NEW_PLAN_ID>

It says at the bottom "Preview completed" even though there was no process for this:
