switching themes in Sourcegraph causes line decorations to dissapear

1. Run any extension which provides line decorations.
2. Switch from e.g. dark theme to light theme. Everything looks good.
3. Switch back to the previous theme. Line decorations are gone & won't show up again until a page refresh.
