JetBrains: Clean up “Find Actions”

This is how the “Find Actions” (⌘⇧A) menu looks like when you search for "Sourcegraph":

Problems with this:

• The “Sourcegraph” menu is confusing. When clicked, it opens a sub-menu, but this is not intentional and does not seem helpful.
• Some of our items have a Sourcegraph icon, some don't. We have a separate issue about this: https://github.com/sourcegraph/sourcegraph/issues/37692

Solution ideas:

• Remove the “Sourcegraph” item if possible.
• If we can't do that, rename it to “Sourcegraph menu” or “Sourcegraph actions” perhaps? The goal would be to make it stand out less.
