JetBrains: JCEF debug mode not working on 2022.1.1

When using the latest JetBrains version, enabling the jcef debug port has no effect. The web server won't start.

I’m on this specific version:

Interestingly, when I specify platformVersion = 2022.1.1 in gradle.properties and start the browser with runIde, the debug mode works even though it's the exact same version:
