Duplicate sections in doc site navbar

https://docs.sourcegraph.com/extensions shows duplicates:

eg Building a "Hello, World!" So... is shown 2x.

This is because I renamed the filenames to be consistent and I left the old files for redirection. You should delete the old files now.
