VSCE Bug: Sourcegraph icon in help sidebar is not visible on light theme

- Sourcegraph version: 3.39.1
- Platform information: VSCE v2.2.2
Steps to reproduce:
- Use light theme on VS Code
- Check the Help and Feedback sidebar in the Sourcegraph extension
Expected behavior:
Can see the sourcegraph icon next to Create an account
Actual behavior:
The sourcegraph icon next to Create an account is barely visible because of the color
Note
The icon should change depends on the current theme
