Onelogin SSO not working

Steps to reproduce:

1. Build EC2 instance with terraform as specified in deploy-sourcegraph-aws.
2. Configure OneLogin SSO as described in the docs.

Expected behavior:

Onelogin SSO works.

Actual behavior:

Error: Unexpected error refreshing SAML authentication provider.
