Minor UX feedback – unclear if query based contexts or repo-based contexts take precedence, and error message doesn't scroll screen

First I was wondering what happens if I have both fields filled out. Then I couldn't figure out why it wouldn't save until I scrolled down. It might be better to either make the error more present or indicate more on creation (rather than making me hit an error) that I can only use one of these two options at a time.
