Log spam when starting sourcegraph/server

When you start a new sourcegraph/server container from https://docs.sourcegraph.com/#quickstart, there are a lot of log messages that make it seem like there is an error (or that add noise):

  • #1890 (closed) (already filed separately) nginx: [alert] could not open error log file: open() "./logs/error.log" failed (2: No such file or directory)

The problem with these log messages is that users will get confused, think they are errors, and either report them as errors OR be unable to file useful bug reports for other things because they think that these are the cause.

I've listed the people who own each one. I fixed this for general config #1828, but that did not fix it for these because they are separate.
