insights: [testing] Data validation and testing of search insights over some repos.

New logic that now supports backfilling and snapshotting insights over some repos needs data validation and through testing to ensure quality prior to enabling this new functionality.

Test Scenarios:

Create the following insights with code_insights_deprecate_jit feature flag in True & False:

Capture group over all repos Capture group over some repos Track insight over all repos Track insight over some repos

Compare results with flag on & off - when looking at over some repos account for different start times when checking Sample historic data points and validate counts by running search queries

Manually trigger Snapshots and additional recordings - validate results by running searches.
