Repo popover on Sourcegraph.com fails to load

Repro:

1. Go to any page on Sourcegraph.com with a repo header, such as https://sourcegraph.com/github.com/sourcegraph/docsite
2. Click the down caret next to the repo name to open the repo popover

Actual: loads forever Expected: shows results quickly
