2 new request pages: trial and contact us

Updated this commit to sync with the latest pricing page updates.
I created two new pages: request-trial and request-info which uses the same Hubspot form.
On /pricing:
Contact us CTA will go to /contact/request-info
Free trial CTA will go to /contact//request-trial
All form submissions will redirect to Kai's Mixmax for quick scheduling of an intro meeting.
Note: there are no changes to request-demo at this time.
