swap ctas on code search page header

This closes #5318 (closed). It makes an edit to the CTAs that appear in the header of the Code Search landing page.

CTA 1: "Deploy Locally" changed to "Request a demo" (/demo)

CTA 2: "Search open source" changed to "Try Sourcegraph now" (/get-started)

Notes

  • Removed right-facing arrows within buttons to remain consistent with other instances of this pattern

Testing

  • Navigate to /code-search
  • Please check that edits to CTAs reflect specs in ticket
  • Test CTA links for new destinations
