Here is my proposed timeline to get the blog out:

  • Tuesday, Jan 18 by EOD: All highlights are added to the PR, with placeholders for visual assets (product-team)
  • Wednesday, Jan 19: 3.36 is cut, Alex works out the changelog
  • Thursday, Jan 20: Content review (Andy, Jason Yavorska, Amie)
  • Friday, Jan 21: 3.36 is deployed. This is also Marketing OOO day — so we’ll likely need to review Monday morning for publishing
  • Monday, Jan 24: Editorial review (Rebecca Dodd) and publishing
