RFCs have long been a key tool for driving collaboration in our asynchronous, globally-distributed team. But, as we've grown over the past year, RFCs aren't scaling well along with us. This update rethinks RFCs at Sourcegraph, making RFCs lightweight, low-process, and effortless to create and use as a part of our asynchronous toolkit.
