Add prettier-ignore to deep-nested lists

Adds prettier-ignore to all deep-nested lists (at least 3 layers) I found that were broken and an explanatory comment to those that already had it.

It turned out there are actually not that many instances – usually only for the department org charts, which obviously there are not that many of.

Now that they have the prettier-ignore comment editing those org charts will also not cause issues, while other content still gets to enjoy pretty formatting.
