Attempt to fix table rendering

Our table rendering is currently broken: https://about.sourcegraph.com/handbook/engineering/code_reviews#what-makes-an-effective-code-review

I am not 100% sure if this (i.e. remove indentation) actually fixes the problem, but this is the only different I could spot compare to the working one (e.g. https://sourcegraph.com/github.com/sourcegraph/about/-/blob/handbook/communication/rfcs/index.md#L15-21)

PS: I don't know what happened in the rich diff showing the parts this PR didn't touch, but the text version diff just look fine.
