Add link to company copy of "Staff Engineer" by Will Larson

Since all EMs I talked to gave strong signal that they would find it useful to have an easily-available copy of this book (whether for themselves, or for their reports) I went ahead and bought a company license for us (it's only the cost of 20 personal copies, for 100 readers, while saving people from the hassle and removing the barrier of purchasing & invoicing it).

What impact at IC5 looks like is more nuanced and can vary more between individuals than at preceding levels, which is harder to capture in a table framework. That makes it only more important to provide help to understand this level though. The book captures this in more detail and nuance than our table can and is pretty much the first solid literature on the subject. It doesn't contradict it in any way, because the book also just shows examples of impact at this level, but in greater width and depth. I think having this available at zero cost & zero friction for all EMs and ICs who want to learn more about this level will be a great win 🙂
