  • Enables anyone to contribute recognition of team members, not just the executive team (who previously generated all nominations for the graph awards).
  • Consolidates how recognition occurs. Now it is clear that you must mention it in #thanks to recognize someone.
  • Results in recognizing more people per week, instead of just 1 (or a few) who would get a graph award.
