This PR removes the need to publish retrospectives in this repository. The source of truth for retrospectives will be the Retrospectives Google Drive folder.

Why?

  • It is confusing to have 2 copies of every retrospective, one in Google Drive and one here.
  • Keeping the retrospectives in the Google Drive makes them every bit as visible to members of our team.
  • It's unclear to me how much value we get from publishing these publicly. It's unlikely that folks outside our team will have context to fully understand or appreciate the takeaways from these retrospectives.
  • Sanitizing and copying completed retrospectives from the Google Doc into this repository feels like busywork

If this PR is approved, I will copy the remaining retrospectives in this directory to Google Drive and then delete the retrospectives folder from this repo altogether.
