Update eng org pages

This PR does a few related things:

  1. Update eng org pages to ensure they are accurate.
  2. Separate the current engineering leadership docs into two. There are docs specific to people who report to me, and then there are docs that are relevant to all engineering managers at Sourcegraph.
  3. Document that a few people on the eng management team will be reading The Leader’s Guide to Unconscious Bias and participating in facilitated discussions.
