This updates our documentation with a new forecast for our 2021 engineering org.
Inputs to this document were:
- My thinking/notes on org structure
- Our WIP 2021 headcount plan for engineering
- WIP Web team growth plan
- Other existing growth plans already documented in the handbook (I edited formatting here and there).
- Team survey on "infrastructure" vs "platform" terminology
