Add Quinn and Alicja to the interview process

To have each of the Designers a chance to meet the candidate:

  • one of us can join a presentation meeting
  • two of us can join the design exercise (this meeting is more collaborative so it makes sense for 2 of us to join here more than joining the [mostly] passive presentation meeting) Who joins which meeting will change and depends on the availability.

In the longer run, if our design team grows, even more, we might consider adding one more meeting to the Interviews - 'Meet the design team'

Also, I've added the design system and redesign experience to 'nice to have's'
