web: add more bundlesize observability attributes

Context

Add more attributes to bundlesize observability events to create better dashboards in Honeycomb based on them.

Changes

1. Added attributes to bundlesize observability events

isInitial: boolean
isDynamicImport: boolean
isDefaultVendors: boolean
isCss: boolean
isJs: boolean

2. Added opentelemetry chunk to bundlesize config.
3. Improved tests

Test plan

1. Check the bundlesize upload job on CI
2. Check that events sent to Honeycomb have correct attribute values.
