Add Tech Radar to Sourcegraph.

Context

Proposed & discussed on May 12 during the Backend Crew meeting. Tech Radar is not unique for the back-end, and our ambition is to include both front-end and back-end tools, practices, libraries, etc.

Captured in the corresponding ADR.

Building the radar

• Powered by the Build Your Own Radar tool hosted at Thoughtworks.com
• Data fed using CSV file

Other options considered

Running and hosting the radar ourselves using wwwthoughtworks/build-your-own-radar image.

• More work :)
• The potential benefit (better uptime) doesn’t outweigh the time investment into self-hosting

Embedding the radar into our page.

• Technically too challenging to justify the investment
