remove CodeExcerptUnhighlighted

This removes CodeExcerptUnhighlighted, which is intended to provide a dev-only way to show results without highlighting, but is super broken right now. Additionally, it's the only user of ungrouped matches, so it's adding complexity to FileMatchChildren.
