This PR: Updates percySnapshot to take diffs for the 4 major UI variants that we will have over the coming weeks:

  • theme-light
  • theme-dark
  • theme-light with redesign enabled
  • theme-dark with redesign enabled

Adds percySnapshots for:

  • blob page
  • blob HoverOverlay + Reference panel
  • search results page with repository/commits/diff view
  • user settings page + sidebar
  • side admin settings page + sidebar
  • repository page
  • batch changes page
  • code insights page
  • extension registry page
  • code monitoring form
