search: add mulitline search query console page

@lguychard's work adds this multiline console page. Context: It is currently a playground and showcase page for upcoming blog post only, no intention to support/document in this state for general use.

Issues that could still be addressed:

  • "Save this search query" button does nothing, but still appears. Can't get rid of it unless we mint a new component I think. Benign otherwise.

TODOs before review:

  • Feature flag this page
  • Some width layout issues. Turns out the major layout issues I had only happen when the browser window is moved onto a second screen (it doesn't do dynamic resizing), so this is small potatoes.
