codeintel: Warn on failure to shut down firecracker vm

We should not fail an index job if the index was generated and uploaded fine but the vm fails to shut down cleanly. I'm not sure why this happens but it's happening quite a lot on dotcom. I'll look for warnings here rather than making it seem like an index job error.
