Syntect server dashboard should be uncompacted

If we were sent a screenshot like this from a customer, it would be nearly impossible to tell what the panic/timeout/error rate actually is both because it is so small in comparison to successful ones and because they are shown on the same panel which allows one to obscure the other.

These should all be separate panels.
