gitserver dashboard should show total available disk space and percentages

Today, this dashboard shows only GB available which is hard to relate to the firing alert (percentage remaining).

Instead, the dashboard should show:

  • % of free disk space remaining (to match the alert)
  • GB free disk space remaining, and GB total disk space
