a8n/web: "Preview changes" button shifts layout to right and flickers spinner and is not disabled

The "Preview changes" button shifts the whole layout on click to the right, because it flickers a "spinner" for a split-second.

And, while the changes are computed async in the background, the button is also not disabled but could potentially be clicked.
