onboarding: It is not clear what to do after saving external service configuration

I observed a user finally get their external service configuration correct, and get an message upon saving:

Updated!

At this point, they were kind of stumped on what to do next. Since this is a critical part of onboarding, we should direct them to search or to the repository management page or something.
